Lycee Français A pair of classrooms is constructed of lightweight timber framing sheathed in plywood. The site has very restricted access and all materials had to be man-handled into position. Large un-interrupted teaching spaces are formed with pre-fabricated timber beams and the building is set out as a series of modular strip foundations with reinforced concrete floor slabs resisting local ground movements.
